How long do you brew each batch?

Every batch is steeped slowly in cold water for twelve hours or more. No shortcuts, no concentrates, no syrups.

Why never bottled?

Bottling means pasteurising, and pasteurising kills the freshness we work for. Our teas are brewed Friday and served fresh at the markets on the weekend.

Are the teas vegan and gluten-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes to both. Our teas are leaves, water, fruit and a little raw sugar, sweetened lightly so the tea itself comes through.

Do you cater weddings, events or pop-ups?
